Bullet For My Valentine is a Welsh heavy metal band formed in 1998 in Bridgend, Wales. The band is composed of vocalist and rhythm guitarist Matthew Tuck, lead guitarist Michael Paget, drummer Jason Bowld, and bassist Jamie Mathias. The band's sound is heavily influenced by classic heavy metal bands such as Metallica, Iron Maiden, and Slayer, as well as modern metalcore bands such as Killswitch Engage and Trivium.
