How Pre-Orders Work
Pre-Ordered items can be canceled for a full refund if requested within 48 hours of purchase. Pre-Ordered items can take anywhere from 2 weeks to 12 months. The item will be marked with an EDD.
What Are Pre-Orders:
A pre-order is an order placed for an item that is not yet released. For e-commerce pre-orders, retailers will either charge the customer when the order is placed or once the item is shipped to the customer.
Why would you want to pre-order:
Items that are in high demand often sell out and by pre-ordering you are ensuring that you will get one of the products, as soon as Ticket Snatchers receive the item from the Manufacturer/ Distributor even if they sell out everywhere else. By pre-ordering with us, you are being placed on our list as the first priority.
When Will I Get My Order:
Look at our available dates on the page, and at checkout for page up-to-date information. The actual date may vary based on when the distributor warehouse actually ships it to us and we then turn around and send it to you.
Pre-Order Cancellations / Refunds:
Pre-Ordered items can be canceled for a full refund if requested within 48 hours of purchase.
If you wish to cancel after this period you have two choices:
You may cancel any individual pre-ordered item, in the form of a store credit gift card that never expires for 100% of the purchase price.
Alternatively, you can ask to have any pre-ordered item, refunded back to your original form of payment less a 30% cancellation fee.
We proudly guarantee fulfillment on any individual Pre-Order item. If for any reason we are unable to fulfill your pre-order item we will refund you completely back to your method of payment for that item.
